You're welcome Lynn and thanks for the feedback.
As far as copying and pasting, you are limited in by the lack of a
horizontal scroll bar in the notes dialog box.
If the client can work with an inserted object he/she can also double
click the object and run Excel (or whatever source program) and then be
able to see the data full size.

Mea culpa, I should have said yes I tried inserting as an object. It
does resize but the font is so small that it may be difficult for my
client to read. He's the one who'd like to copy and paste the table in
and I'm trying to make it as simple as possible for him. Inserting an
object might be a little daunting for him but I'll ask him to give it
a go and see what he thinks.

If you insert as object, you can resize the object by grabbing the
sizing handles around the edge. That shrinks the size of the text as
well.
