Derek,
What do you mean when you say "enabled"? Print preview and Print will
show whatever fields are shown as columns in the active view, unless you
have limited the number of columns to a lesser number via Page
Setup/View Tab.
If you do not want the ID field shown in the active view, go to
View/Table/More Tables and edit the highlighted table. Remove the ID
field as an entry in the view table. You might also want to uncheck the
"Lock first column" option at the bottom of the Table Definition window.
