Sorry to say, but I can reproduce exactly what you are seeing and don't
have a fix for you. If the embedded word object is longer than will
print on the one page when Print > Notes is selected, it truncates.

The only suggestion I may have is to use a hyperlink to the Word file
instead of enbedding the word object in the Notes field. If you have
more than one document, try creating the hyperlink to the folder on the
network share. And then just print the hyperlink documents from their
native programs (word, excel etc.)
