I haven't looked at the templates in a long time, but I've never seen,
and doubt that I ever will, a template for something as unusual as
building a boathouse. The templates I've seen were for things like
construction or software projects. Your boathouse might have some
similarities to a construction project, but no many. A generic
construction project would apply more to a commercial real estate
project or something like that. A boathouse would have a lot of
pecularites, like being open on one side and having water for a floor,
that would not be accounted for!
You might get some value out of most any template, given that it was
properly done, just by seeing what a properly done schedule would look
like.
