Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You don't say what you want the template for. I don't believe templates are
of much use, as every project, by definition, is unique and a template is
unlikely to meet individual needs and might actually mislead you. It is
much better to build your project from what you need to be done to meet the
project goal. However, try File/New... and search for the template you're
after. I don't know of any other readily available source.
