Hi,
- About cost for internal/external resources
In the resource ***, i,nsert a column like Flag1 and set it to no/Yes or a
custyom number vcolumn that you set to 1/2 or a text field..
Then look up grouping in the help and group the Resource Usage view on the
iindicator you have entered.
- About the drop-down lists: I don't think so; you can have value lists in
custom text fields but filling them with the resource names is either manual
pr through VBA.

In my project schedule I want to distinguish the "Work" to be done (andthe
respective budget-cost) between internal and external resources.
How is this possible (with only Project Professional 2003)?
I want also a separate field showing the "Owner" of a task. Is it possible
to select from the resource pool a resource as an owner (in a different
field)?
Thanks.
