Hi,
Rollup of durations is calculating the difference between first start and
last finish.
If there are two tasks tomorrow, each during one day, total duration of the
two is only tomorrow, be it one day.
Work on the other hand is a scalar and totalled by Project.
Hoiep this helps,

I have a project plan that was started from scratch. I have the normalto
Summary tasks followed by subtasks. I have entered all of my subtask
duration but the plan is not 'rolling up' those durations for me and
calculating my summary task durations. is there a setting I need to make
make this roll-up happen?
