Re: tracking progress with out changing baseline



Hi Jorge,

You are inputting actual info in the right place but the baseline is NOT the
original walue in fields like start, finish, duration, etc.
To keep a baseline that will not change during tracking, once your original
state is allright:

Tools
Tracking
Save Baseline

After tracking, the new plan can be compared to the baseline in the Tracking
Gantt view (amongst othe rpossibilities)
