It works for me.
Do you have an = sign in front of your formula (you should not)
Is there any other bar defined for summary tasks which is later in the list
in the format barstyles dialog box?
If so, it may be writing over the earlier bar. Try creating a new summary
bar at the end of the list.
Other than that, it probably should be working. Try creating a fresh project
file and testing it.
