Hi Janie,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :-)

Depending on the version of Project you're using, the later versions allow
text wrap. You just increase the height of the rows and it will happen.
However, the wrapping requires a space to wrap from, and thus without a work
around, fields like Resource Names which do not have spaces between the
resources won't wrap.
