durations problem?

hello dear
i have problem with durations
i want to change all of the tasks to day, or all of them
to week , but while i change them the summary tasks are
in week & subtasks in day & when i change them to week
the summary tasks are in day & subtasks are in week,
i appreciate you if you help me soon, i need it in 2 days
