Can anyone tell me what is the best way to get a variance
report on changing project dates which has numerous
dependencies in other projects. I have multiple projects
with many dependencies. Quite often we have to change
dates and trying to go through a variance report to
determine what if scenarious on these changes can be a
headache. Have anyone else had this problem and how did
you resolve it? Appreciate any assistance provided.
