Database Authentication via WEB Yet Windows Authentication Dialog Pops Up

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

We have Project Server 2003 setup for Database Authentication through
the WEB yet when I go to the https URL, the Windows Authentication
Dialog Box pops up on top of the database login screen. Once I
authenticate via Windows, I can go ahead and login via the database
login screen.

THIS ONLY HAPPENS TO ME ON MY MACHINE. No one else I've asked to try
this gets this same crazy thing. For everyone else, it works fine.

This has not been doing this all along in over a year. Just started
happening to me a couple of months ago. Works fine through the
client.

If anyone else has experienced this and can give me the tip on how to
alleviate the problem I'd appreciate it.
