Project Professional Crashes When Connecting to Project Server

I have just installed MS Project 2003 Server and when trying to connect
to the server via a windows account, the application closes (crashes)
after it establishes a connection. However, I can connect just fine
when using the administrator project server account. Any ideas what
would cause this or where I could look to find the error output? It
does not display an error just closes completely without warning.
