Remaining work set to zero in Tasks view but project still shows remaining work

Hi,

My resource set remaining work to zero for a task and sent for update.
Upon accepting the time my plan in Project Pro is updated but remaining
work is not set to 0 there. Can anyone tell me why this might have
happened? Resource assignment is not 100% for the task.
