Allowing Guest users on Domain Integrated Project Server

I have implemented Project Central Server 2003 on Sharepoint Server
2003. It's integrated with Windows Domain Account. I am able to create
Project Server Accounts and logging in with the same from a system who
already has access to the Project Server.
That is, I created a Guest account to allow few persons to visit with
same password to view the all projects' progresses.
When I access from an Authenticated User's account, I'm able to login
with the Guest login after logging off from the "DEFAULT ACCOUNT". But
I am not able to access the Project Server from the "NON AUTHENTICATED
PC".
How can I make other users to access the project server with "guest"
user?
