Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

There is no reset to default settings for Security Templates, Categories etc.
The closest you can get to that is in Appendix "C" of the Microsoft Office
Proejct Server Administrator's Guide which you can download from the
Microsoft site. It lists the "out of the box" settings.
