There is no information to display in this view

Please help.

I am running into an issue when I am publishing projects. After saving the
project, i do collaborate, publish, all information. When I access PWA, I
see the project when clicking on the project view. When I click on the
project I get "There is no information to display in this view"

I have followed the steps in kb810596, and I have also checked that msadc in
in the excluded paths for sharepoint.

I have checked the edit site tool and the dsn and everythign tests fine.

One of the weird things is that I can see old projects and can open them in
the project view. It appears that all new projects have the issues. I even
downloaded a template from microsoft to test with to see if it was a template
issue. But I get the same thing.

We are running project and wss on the same server. Sql server is on an
additional server. We are using AD to authenicate users.

I see several post for the same issues, but I don't see anything where it
says the problem has been solved.

Any help would be appreciated.

When I publish a project I do not receive a spooler error, not is there any
thing in the View Drop Folder.

The View notifications service is running.
