Re: change owner of project that is using only generic resources

The reason why you don't get the take ownership of the assignment option is
that assignments are not published to generic resources. When using only
generic resources, all assignment functionality is disabled. There are no
published assignments, therefore there's nothing to take over. With the
correct credentials (Administrator) You should be able to edit the project
owner from the Project Center Edit functionality.
