Cory,
You can find a description of the error in the Administrators Guide (pg.
326). The error title is "Manager Not Allowed to Create a New Account." Has
the project server administrator denied the "Create Accounts from Microsoft
Project" permission?" If so, then you are likely saving a project to the
server with new resources that are set to use the project server Workgroup
setting (or default).
