you have to clean the registry

I have a script i run that cleans the registry on the clients PC which
solves your problem

I am sorry i dont have a web link for the script and i didnt do it manualy
to tell you where to look in the reg

but iam sure you'll find the script in microsoft fixes

its a client side problem try a fresh installation and if it didnt work then
i am wrong
