Error creating a new resource

Hello,
I have upgraded my Project Server to SP1 and very soon after that when
I try to create a new resource from Project Professional I get this
SQLServer error message and the resource pool file results
checked-out, the error is the following:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The attempted insert or
update failed because the target view either specifies WITH CHECK
OPTION or spans a view that specifies WITH CHECK OPTION and one or
more rows resulting from the operation did not qualify under the CHECK
OPTION constraint.
I tried to create a new resource from PWA and I get the following
message:
VBScript: Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003: An error occurred
while completing the operation.
Does anyone have experienced something similar? Can anyone help?
