Lois:

The only way you can do this is to set the default view in the template, as
Dale suggested, but even this doesn't set the default view because only the
users can do this for themselves. In fact, the default view for any user
session is the one that they left open in that particular project the last
time they opened it. Project remembers these things for you. Any view that
you add to the Enterprise Global is available to all users connected to the
system. So, train your users to select the Enterprise views you want them to
use.
