Ruxandra,

As Gary asked, a bit more detail on exactly which field is missing would be helpful.

I too have seen instances where an enterprise resource in a project loses values from some fields. The resources still are labeled Enterprise (not local), but they do not have all the enterprise values. Typically, these resources will be missing the NT account information field and a couple others. The problem that this causes is errors during publishing. Since the NT account information is missing, publishing anything for these resources does not work since PS03 can't connect this information to the "real" enterprise resource.

MSFT has a support page (for PS02) that talks about fixing this, but their solutions seem to get lost when the project is saved and then re-opened.

What I found is that if you open the project that contains the resource that is missing fields, then open the Resource Pool, and then save the project, the resource information seems to get "reconnected" to the enterprise resource from Res Global. Just to be safe, I close Res Global w/o saving.

Our PM's can't open Res Global, so I do this fix for them.

Please let me know if this fixes the problem (or if your problem is different than this).

Mike
