Try deleting the Project Server ActiveX controls. There are two and
they are in the users Windows directory\Downloaded Program Files. The
two file you are looking for start with PJ. Delete both of those files
and try logging into Project Server again. You will be asked to
reinstall the controls. Hopefully, this will take care of the problem.
