Hi Dale,

You were correct. The Project Managers group was in the My Orianization category. However, this was not set by myself. This is one of the default settings. I would have thought that the default settings would have been usable for the majority of common installations, but they don't seem to be.

I think I have now got a clearer understanding of how the security is working in PWA 2003.

     Microsoft has more documentation on the RBS field and how it is used in the
     security model. This document is available for download at the following
     link:

     While you are at it, you might as well download some of the other Project
     Server 2003 documentation and utilities (such as the EditSite tool) as well.
