Chapter 8 of the Project Server 2003 Application Configuration Guide from
Microsoft has more documentation on the RBS field and how it is used in the
security model. This document is available for download at the following
link:
While you are at it, you might as well download some of the other Project
Server 2003 documentation and utilities (such as the EditSite tool) as well.
