Unable to view tasks across multiple projects

I am faced with a similar issue here - I have two project
plans both involving resource X (assumes tasks are
levelled). When resouce X logs into Project Web Access
2002, he is able to view tasks from Project 1 but not from
Project 2. Anything that I am missing here ?
