Well you can't do it via WiFi, MS removed that capability with WM5 and later, for security reasons. You could do it via Bluetooth, assuming you PC has BT, or you add it. Not to expensive really. http://www.cyberguys.com/product-search/?keyword=bluetooth&gps=333 I use the Cirago unit myself for BT syncing, and other BT functions.

If you want to go that route, post back for further instructions. It is really not hard to set up. FYI, it doesn't just hook up when you get into range, you do have to initiate the connection from the Device when you want to sync, if that makes any difference.

I have an Ipaq 2495, WM 5.0, can I synchronize my device wirelessly?

The dexktop is Windows XP Pro, hooked up to a wireless network.
