How to access an XML using HTML/Javacript on a windows based PDA

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

We have an Application in HTML and JAVAScript. The Database is in XML. We are
using Windows Based PDA.

We want to access the information through this application from the XML based
on the parameters entered in the application.

When we try to get the information from the XML it displays access denied.
Can anyone help???
