WM5.1/HTC3600 Can't remove old email accounts.

I try to remove my old emailaccounts because i have a new internetprovider. Within the menu of the emailaccount there is an option to remove mentioned account. But when i do so i ask's if i'm sure. I press ok but the emailaccount remains.

Does anyone know how to get the old accounts removed from the llist?
