No, Active sync is broken now, but I'm not going to bother to fix it because it's just more bad Microsoft software and its limitations will only annoy me again in future.

Instead I'm going to use Mighty Sync for syncing files, unless anyone has a better suggestion? Unlike Microsoft software that orders me around and tell me where to put my files, Mighty Sync is proper software that allows me to choose where I backup my files.

Is there a total replacement for Activesync? In general, I find that the less Microsoft software I encounter the happier my computing experience.
