eten Glofiish x800 vs Tilt

Need to spend out some money by mid June, and I'm looking to meld my Pocket
PC (my Toshiba e350 is spiralling down) with my phone. I'm very comfy with
the platform.

I'm looking at the Glofiish x800, but hear its a bit low in terms of RAM,
so it's making me compare to the Tilt. Also, the HTC touch diamond is
looming, but mid June would be my natural cutoff. I'd go with the touch,
but I think I really don't want to risk going without the GSM 850.

Any opinions??
