No, the WM5/6 versions use the newer "softkeys" interface instead of the
bottom row icons like in 2003.
By now it has generated all sorts of errors and I had to remove it. Eventhe
'uninstall' option of the app. did nothing.
What errors are you getting? QMail works very well on my Dell Axim X5
(PPC2003) once you work around it's quirks.
As far as "uninstalling" it, it doesn't really "install" in the first
place. It's a very "old-school" app- you drop all of it's files in any
folder you wish, and run it from there. To "uninstall" simply delete that
folder, the folder you told it to put the mail/news in, and that's it- QMail,
like Elvis, has left the building.
In spite of all that, I'm
considering news reader to be one of the more useful internet applications
for a PPC...
Agreed- I do most of my reading/posting from my WinMo device (like this
post right now...)
