Re: Best Windows 6 Mobile phone

Just a personal opinion here, but due to the current uproar on the net about their total lack of concern for existing customers/support,
I'd think twice before looking at ANY HTC products. Their new phones are severely handicapped by HTC's intentional ommitance of drivers that affect the entire phone.

Hi guys,

(FYI I'm in the UK)

My 3G contract is due to end March, 2008. 3G, apparantley, cannot offer
Bluetooth connection (to access a 3G Internet, so my PDA is of no use) and
the only carrier that I get a signal where I live is Vodaphone.

So I'm thinking of changing things, I use an ACER Pocket PC for all my
diary, contacts etc. it is indespensible (the last time I used a paper diary
was 1993) and it is VERY good, no complaints whatsoever.

I am thinking of buying a "Smart" mobile that uses Windows Mobile 6,
hopefully this will offer all the Pocket PC facilities I now enjoy, sync
etc. and then a SIM only + Data contract from Vodaphone (or possibly another
provider).

Any recommendations, what is the best, latest Mobile 6 device, 3G,
obviously, that is available?

Thanks in advance.

Charles Turner
