HTC TyTN II lacking display drivers, users considering class action suit

I'd like to point out an issue that has raised big concerns for many users of Windows Mobile 6 on HTC TyTN II. According to some developers, the TyTN II lacks (proper) display drivers, causing a significant lack of performance while playing video files and using the touch screen. While users might attribute this to WM6, it seems it's a problem not related to WM6 itself.

Users are desperately trying to seek a solution, and with HTC Tech Support unresponsive or at least unclear on what's going on, some developers are trying to develop their own display drivers for TyTN II, based on Qualcomm's (that's the chipset vendor) reference drivers. Other users are considering a class action suit against HTC for underdelivering on the phone.
