Blue and Green lights on the Ipaq 2755

I have a green light on my Ipaq 2755 that seems to go on with no
reason. Right now it is flashing, but I have acknowledged all
warnings, etc.

I don't recall the green light flashing when I have a typical
appointment pop up. Does anyone have a table of discriptions of what
the blue and green lights do for various reasons? I know the blue
light is used to show that the WiFi is operational. I have never used
Bluetooth on the Ipaq, so I don't know if the blue light works for
that or not.
