Be aware, that Ultrasoft's moeny app. doesn't support umlauts and accented characters, etc.
For me that ruled it out, but if that's not a problem for you it should be a fine replacement.

Hi all, does Microsoft Money for PocketPC work on Mobile6? I have a

it states that it is compatible with PocketPC 2003 and I am a little
apprehensive to install it if it isn't compatible with my device
and/or Money 2005 which I am running on my laptop (Vista Ultimate).

MS has pretty much dropped support for MS Money. While you may
get it to work, you should look at UltraSoft's Money app.
UltraSoft partners with MS to write the Excel addin for Money, so
they have knowledge of the databases. It works with Money 2002
and later and WM2003 through WM6.
