Microsoft offered a patch but it only went back to PPC2003 devices.
Unfortunately you will have to do what I have to do on my H/PCs: Set it
manually. :-(

I have an IPAQ 3650 and updated (flashed) the ROM to Pocket PC 2002.
Now with the new federal daylight savings time is there a way to have this
IPAQ updated with the new daylight saving time rules?
