why can not parse asp file!

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I download the httpd.exe , and build the web server!
It can parse HTML,but I would like to parse the asp script! when I put the .
asp file into the default folder,and input the "http://(ip address)/ *.asp",
it have some Error! The error message is:
Error in initialization of scripting engine:
The ASP or JScript or VBScript libraries were not properly installed on this
device
Error = 0x800401f3

why? And what can i do?
