To expand on Jaap's response, the "integrated" keyboards are great but not conductive to touch typing. They are, however, the best option when there is no table or desk to sit at.

There are also a number of external keyboards available... one example is the stowaway bluetooth keyboard which folds to about the size of a pocketpc, but, when unfolded, offers an alpha typing area which is the same size, spacing and action as the alpha keys on a standard keyboard...

Imho, if you have a place to sit and work and anticipate you will be doing a lot of typing when mobile, an external BT is the only way to touch.
