Once you have the certs in the device you just need to setup the mailbox for s/mime, this will be done in Activesync on the device. You need to go into the advanced E-mail options, select the correct cert and put in your primary e-mail address. After that you should be able to sign & encrypt msgs.

Any guidance on getting S/MIME functionality to work in Windows Mobile 5/ Pocket Outlook and Exchange 2003? I have been able to import certificates to the phone but have been unable to use them.
