Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

The OEM typically does some registry customization to enable SMS->Email. Since you bought your phone unlocked this customization was not performed. There is no end-user support for this unfortunately...

I just would be really flabbergasted

because this one I bought UNLOCKED
not belonging to any cell provider direct from HP
I would not expect HP to curtail the features of a product that
they sell for 100 to 150 $ more per machine

then if you buy it through a cell phone provider

You would assume they sell you the unlimited
full featured product

And what use is that to them (HP) ?

I have a friend who has the 6925 (same machine , just sold via
cingular! and she can !! send to email addresses
you would expect since she bought her unit FROM

Cingular , cingular branded that it wouldn't be able to send
direct to email addresses
To maximize the data transfer traffic on the cingular GPRS
network
Like you suggested....

about your solution ...?

My new text message field doe not have a ' SUBJECT " field
any workaround for that ??

AND.....

What are the chances that one could change these limitations
through a "hack" registry

that is if one can find the registry
and be skilled enough to hack it ?
