Hey swbuss, I have the Alltel version of the same phone. The issue for
me was solved once I went into the Device Manager and updated the
driver in that installation without letting Windows do it
automatically.
Once I managed to update the driver manually, the CDMA phone dialer was
able to see the USB Modem and I had no problems afterwards. Try that
step, of course you need to have the modem connected in order to make
it update properly. If this doesn't help, perhaps we can arrange some
other means of communication to see if we can get you to solve this
problem.
