A couple of further clarifications:
1. If I first run nbtstat -A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on a home pc where
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the ip assigned by the VPN to a machine outside
the home router , then I can map to that machines using its NetBios
machine name.
2. But even if I scan IPs on the VPN connection with PocketLAN and can
then ping by NetBios machine name to a machine outside the home
router, I still get the network-path-not-found-error when I try to map
using the machine name.
