No it's not a cap lock problem as he does switch to lower case part way
through!.

At that point I just ignored the rest of his request as I can't be bothered

THE
MANUAL IS USELESS.
I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT OVER THIS(what little i have got left) AS I
BROUGHT
THIS HANDHELD PURELY TO USE ON THE NET WHILST AT HOME.
