pocket msn (hotmail) problems

I bought my Treo 700w with the idea I could be out of the office more. NOT.
It takes usually about 15-20 minutes just to "send receive" my email. God
forbid i have any attachments to down load cuz then I have to do it all over
again. Aside from that, I get error messages every time. Such as "temporary
conditions prevent this device from connecting" and "The msn mobile hotmail
service did not respond etc." Nobody will take responsibility for it. i
tried Verizon, MSN and Palm. Can anyone help me?
