I also recommend my articles written on this subject; in there, I've for
example explained how for example PIEPlus 2.x can be used to
auto-"downscale" (without any need for human interaction) Web pages.

make PPC web access easier and simpler...

and enter a url... generates a mobile friendly page for most complex
sites... note, there are delays... sometimes longer than other times.
You can also "pre enter" the url such as
http://www.google.com/gwt/n?u=http://wired.com (no spaces...)
as well as it's possible bookmark conversion urls to return easily... one
nice feature is that the conversions continue as you select links on
converted pages.
