PocketPC's have similar screen sizes... some offer VGA which does not
change the size, but will be pretty irrelevant in your need... "zoom"
will likely do what you need.
Some PocketPC's have "built in" keyboards... most "thumb" but some mini
verisons of full sized keyboards.
All PocketPC's support external keyboards connected via serial, ir,
bluetooth or (rarely) usb... at the moment, I would only recommend
Bluetooth for any PPC that has bluetooth capabilities.
