Changing keyboard layout in WM5

Hi, I just bought a Ipaq Hx2790 french running under WM5. I have changed the
the regional setting from French (standard) to French ( Canada) but the
keyboard still display as Azerty instead of the standard Qwerty keyboard
used in Canada. Is there a file I could install or a registry tweak I could
apply to fix this simple but anoying problem?
